2017年农药全球销售703.16亿美元，欧洲就占了113.88亿美元（占比大于16%）。

欧洲共有近50个国家和地区。在地理上习惯分为北欧、南欧、西欧、中欧和东欧5个地区。

而在农药登记管理方面，我们将欧洲分为欧盟成员国和非成员国两类。欧盟成员国采用统一的欧盟农药活性成分（AI）登记评审政策以及分3个区域进行植保产品（PPP）的登记授权，而非成员国有各自独立的农药管理法规，但部分国家也参照欧盟要求的。
